Polly finds happiness at Lawrence’s Coffee Shop

We were delighted to receive this feedback from Polly’s mum on her offer of work and the help received from Josh and The Good Life.

“Polly had been looking for suitable employment for a number of years, with little success. That all changed after she was introduced to Josh and The Goed Life.  The charity generously funded Josh in assisting Polly with her job search.  Josh has been an inspiration and breath of fresh air with his ‘can do’ approach to employment opportunities.  He spent time grasping Polly’s needs and abilities and opened up a variety of possibilities.  With Josh’s enthusiasm, kindness and constant support, it has lead to Polly being offered work 3 days a week at Lawrence’s Coffeehouse in Northampton.  This along side a volunteering role at Northampton General Hospital, which Josh also organised, Polly now has real purpose and self-worth.   We cannot thank Josh and The Goed Life enough for this.”
